Born and raised in Richmond, Indiana, Dr. Fisher pursued his undergraduate studies and optometry degree at Indiana University, obtaining his O.D. in 1989. He further honed his expertise with an additional year of training at the Veterans Administration in Chillicothe and Columbus, Ohio. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Fisher opened his own practice, Fisher Optometry, located at 1835 W Main Street, Richmond, Indiana.

Fisher Optometry offers a wide range of services including comprehensive vision and eye health examinations, pediatric eye care, and glasses and contact lens exams and fittings. Dr. Fisher's commitment to excellence is evident in the personalized care and attention he provides to each patient.

Dr. Fisher is a member of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) Third Phase State Board Grader. He is also a former member of the Indiana Optometric Association (IOA) and the American Optometric Association (AOA), and has served as a Co-Director of the Emergency Eye Clinic.
